factual reality. It’s easy to
ignore and suppress critical
realities. It happens naturally.

accumulate tons of pain,
frustration, anger, sadness,
unsatisfied desire, etc.
Most problems people have,
are caused by a tremendous
lack of knowledge about inner
life and skills about how to
deal constructively with this
mysterious inner world.
